Housing advice

 

We provide information on affordable rental accommodation in Nelson and Tasman.

 

Monitoring housing need

 

We conduct regular research to track levels of housing need in our community. The aim is to better inform the councils' and the government's investment decisions in affordable and social housing.

 

Warmer Healthier Homes programme

 

We coordinate the Warmer Healthier Homes insulation project, providing insulation grants for homes in Te Tau Ihu - Nelson, Tasman and Marlborough.
