- Mow the lawn regularly. It's easier to keep on top of it if it's done every week or two.
- Weed the garden regularly.
- Vehicles must not be parked on the grass or garden.
- No inside furniture or whiteware can be stored outside the house.
- Make sure the grounds are free of rubbish.
- Store the rubbish and recycling neatly and put them out for collection regularly on collection days.
- If your property doesn't have a recycling bin you'll need to obtain one from the local council.
