Carrie Mozena, Director
Carrie is a founding trustee and has been the director since 2015. Carrie has a strong background in leadership, community development and not-for-profit management. Carrie was previously manager at the Nelson Women's Centre, and served four years on the Community Housing Aotearoa (CHA) national council as treasurer.
Tanya Rich, Tenancy Manager
Tanya handles all applications from prospective tenants and manages our tenancies. She has a background in property management and real estate sales in both Nelson and Christchurch. Tanya has a degree in social work and also has experience in the health and disability sector as a case manager and support worker.
Jon Stevenson, Building Manager
Jon is responsible for asset development and managing repairs. He joined the Nelson Tasman Housing Trust in 2017 and prior to that had more than 25 years' experience in managing social housing properties in Wellington for Housing NZ. He holds a degree in valuation and property management from Canterbury University.
Phill Lee, Finance Manager
Phill has a background in property finance and business banking, accounting and financial management. He has previously worked for Westpac, Findex, Borlase Transport and Neudorf Wines. Phill is a Chartered Accountant and has a diploma in business and a bachelor of commerce.
Karen Clark, Communications Manager
Karen has extensive experience in the communications industry, having worked as a journalist and communications contractor, before taking up communications roles in the not-for-profit sector. She works part-time for NTHT and also works as the communications and development officer for Abbeyfield New Zealand, another Community Housing Provider.
Sarah Baldwin, Tenancy Administrator
Sarah has a background in counselling and has also worked in real estate as a personal assistant and as an executive assistant for a management company. She has previously worked for the Nelson Tasman Housing Trust in an administrator role and is thrilled to be back. Sarah loves working with people in a supportive role.
